## What is OKO⁢?

* Swisscom App of the Year 2012

OKO is a hypnotising puzzle game that turns satellite images taken from the NASA database into a mesmerising journey around the Planet. The game's rich otherworldly soundscapes are composed from recordings taken aboard space shuttles.

The goal is to reconstruct an image by stopping rotating circles cut out from the image. For each level, the animated pieces draw increasingly complex patterns. The challenge is to be attentive to image juxtapositions in order to stop each circles movement at the right moment.

Now available on the App Store with retina graphics!

### 5/5 — 100% recommend

*2021-07-03*

So simple, yet so elegant.

### 5/5 — The best! Beautiful 🌏

*2015-08-13*

Wonderful and beautiful game. Perfect gameplay and amazing imagery of earth. Thank you Nadezda Suvorova.

### 5/5 — Der letzte Level

*2014-01-25*

### 5/5 — Clever, beautiful, fun

*2013-11-23*

This is a fiendishly clever toy and super beautiful on a Retina display. Great work.

### 5/5 — finding a key for the world

*2013-06-01*

This app is not that kind of addicting, but contagious with its divine beauty. You can take a view of our planet from a unique sight: right from above. After having a look at very particular picture I swear I dissolve in front of our nature's greatness for a moment.

### 5/5 — Good!

*2013-03-19*

Good but very hard!

### 3/5 — Might as well have a go

*2013-01-19*

Decent timesink to waste an hour on, until the final level which is impossible as the rings keep restarting themselves almost immediately.

### 4/5 — Not too bad

*2012-11-25*

It needs a bit more options though. Like previously suggested, options to turn off music/effects. And maybe some sharing options, save picture options..
And for the pieces to not just automatically snap into place because that makes it a little too easy. Pressing the rotating piece should stop it, and another press would make it rotate again. That way, it's all up to the player to figure out all of the pieces.
And the maybe the option to turn that feature on and off.

Over all though, it's a fun up.

### 2/5 — Interesting concept. Not challenging

*2012-11-20*

This game's concept is interesting. It makes for a simple, somewhat entertaining time waster. However, it's not very challenging, even in the upper levels

Also, it seems like the last level is still buggy. If not, then it behaves very differently than other levels. If that is the case, then it was a poor design choice. Either way, fix it or document it.

### 4/5 — Cool concept and elegant execution

*2012-11-15*

Initially I thought that you had to hold down all of the moving pieces at the same time in order to lock an image - that was fun! Also the third to last puzzle is crashing for me too.
