Sent several emails no response. ### 2/5 — Usually great :/ *2023-01-16, version 1.0.19* I’ve been using this app for several months (since June 2022 I think?) and I’ve received a payout every month since, except for the last couple. They sent an email out a bit ago saying they were aware of the issue and maybe a month later said the issue had been resolved and payouts would resume, but I have not received anything. I’m thinking in a month or two everything will be fine again, but until then I’m rating this app 2 stars. I loved this app and I’m hoping payouts start working again :( ### 2/5 — Starting to Believe it’s a Scam *2023-01-10, version 1.0.19* Cashed out twice and have received nothing in my bank account. Sent several emails and received one long delayed email about payments being delayed, so I was patient, but now, we are beyond the updated deadline for my payment and still nothing. ### 3/5 — Usually pretty cool, but I haven’t gotten my last two payouts *2023-01-04, version 1.0.19* It’s a great app for a a small bit of passive income. The only complaint I have, is that I haven’t received my last two payouts at all. Easy. the money came through to my account ### 2/5 — Can’t withdraw rewards… *2022-08-19, version 1.0.14* … each time I try to withdraw rewards I get a « Dwolla returned error ». ### 3/5 — Great App Not So Great Support *2022-08-03, version 1.0.13* I’ve already received one payout but my second one hasn’t transferred to my account yet and I’ve tried contacting support and have only received a response saying they’d personally look into it Haven’t heard anything since I have good hopes for this app but their support response times definitely need to be better ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — OKTY is a scam *2023-06-10* the app initially had interesting offers and paid out on time. this is no longer the case. i didn’t receive owed payouts for over six months. i have emailed the provided help contact multiple times with no response. extremely disappointing. ### 1/5 — Almost $100 in payout and never received *2023-06-01* It’s a cool concept and the app is easy to navigate through but I’ve gotten almost $100 in payout that said it was successfully sent to me and I’ve never received any of it. I tried contacting them in every way possible and no response. ### 1/5 — Misleading App Developers *2023-04-19* They haven’t paid out in months, and I have around $40 that should’ve been payed out. App needs to provide updates, at this point- emails are few and far between, especially given that they promised weekly updates. I don’t think anyone needs to sign up for the app until they can resolve their problems- as it’s extremely misleading. Their support is also non responsive. ### 1/5 — Stopped Paying Cashouts Oct. 2022 *2023-03-29* Originally would have given this 5 stars. But as of October 2022, they stopped paying all cash outs. You can still ‘earn’ but $ no longer gets deposited to bank account. They sent emails stating they are having “payment issues” and claiming they will honor all cash outs. It’s been SIX MONTHS. ### 1/5 — Can’t cash out *2023-03-26* Gives you the option to update and when you attempt to do so it doesn’t have an update in the App Store! Can’t cash out and when you try it just gives you an error message! ### 1/5 — Customer service is terrible and I don’t get payouts. *2023-03-09* Not so great app for passive income. I’ve waited for months for a payout and haven’t received any. Any questions asked bounce back with a stock answer not answering any questions nor do they pay out but they definitely profit off of your data. For months I kept having issues with trading in data and got the same error over and over.
