It’s amazing how much information is available to athletes nowadays. My son started the program at 9 and is developing extremely well. Don’t underestimate your kids- whether you are a parent or Coach- this app allows athletes to train the fundamentals early so that they will have an advantage as they get older. Thanks again to Duke and all of the guys at OL Masterminds for making this available to football players everywhere

I am a first year freshman OLine coach with very little practical experience. This app helped myself and our staff teach at a high level by keeping it simple. Easy to understand and with training options that helped us fill practice voids. Consider this scenario: 14-15 year old boys, only 3 have any experience from youth, a converted RB and kid who showed up thinking “Football” meant soccer. Ended the season 7-2 with only 4 total sacks given up and a freshman RB just shy of 1000 yards. (He had never played running back) Knowledge is power so don’t sleep on this access.

My son has had many different coaches and in different training programs but this program allows him flexibility to pick which routines he needs to develop on during his personal work out times. Great fundamentals, great detail and explanations and content keeps him interested and focused.  I can see big results since we started using the OL Masterminds.

This is a great app for all levels. I use this app to help my HS level guys. I use it to help cover every aspect of training for my guys. From warm ups they can do on their own to help with their mobility, to in session everyday drills during practices. There is a great deal of drill progression that covers every level of player we have, from those that are new to OL to those that have been with us for 2 years. 

And the Mastermind series helps to delve deeper into position specific techniques they can use, to put more tools in the tool box for them.

I highly recommend this app to all.
