I have already raised a concern that there is no record or something or any ride I have taken to pay extra Ola Money. I have sent mail also, but couldn’t find any response from Ola. Till now I am getting calls from Ola and they’re threatening me to pay the amount which i haven’t used or no record found. I won’t recommend anyone to use this kind of service from Ola. It’s worst than what you think. It doesn’t even deserve a star. ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2023-07-17* I don’t get it, what is the point of this app they have made it a reason only they would know the app has no functionality that the OlaCabs app doesn’t have already. also, I have heard from mum some other people that your money has been stuck with Paula if a payment feelings or doesn’t go through. I have a very similar problem to my amount is small, I guess they’re really counting on the fact that because the amount of small I will not make a big deal out of it ### 1/5 — Harassment calls from ola money *2023-06-22* I’ve been using ola money since a very long time with timely due payments. This time it so happened that the amount has been debit from my account but it is still showing my due is pending. I raised a complaint to my bank and they confirmed that the amount is debited and it’s credited to ola money. I have shared them my bank statement and my bank’s email too. But since 20 days they have been harassing me with late night calls and whatsapp messages. ### 1/5 — Blank screen App *2023-05-02* You have money stuck with OLA and you try to get it back . They say you need to activate your wallet. You download OLA money and provide location access( for what joy I have no idea) and you try to activate the wallet. Click on the link and it goes to a blank screen. Force exit the app and open again, same nonsense, again and and again for the next 5 times. Highlight is that you get a blank screen for whatever link you click on the app. I have decided to take these guys to the court over this nonsense. Making me run around in circles to get my money back. Topping up on this - I have decided to move this issue with the Ombudsman and get a refund of my money. ### 1/5 — Terrible app avoid if you can *2023-03-08* terrible service: bad quality app- balance stuck in wallet and wallet stuck in undending kyc loop - customer services harassing me when I’m abroad for inr 250 pending amount they called me while I was abroad and answering their calls cost me more than the pending 250 amount. Ola cabs is still good but they obviously don’t have the right people to manage their money app it’s a shame but hardly surprising I guess. ### 1/5 — Cheating ,Careful people *2022-08-09* One day I try book a ride but the ride was not confirmed,it take long time so I cancel the ride searching but after I got a message from ola money “you have charged 153rupees” At that I informed ola money customer care they said to send a mail then i send the mail but no replay from ola money and now they are asking to pay that money They are cheating people (I have all the proof) I’m not referring ola money be careful ### 1/5 — Ola has a good way of stealing money *2022-06-23* I tried ordering on myntra using ola and soon canceled the transaction without placing it completely okay without doing it completely,and BooM my money from ola wallet was gone no updates on wallet ,i contact their customer services and no replies the only email i get from ola money is saying that i used 1499₹ on myntra when there is no order coming to my home 🥲.again wrote an email about the same that i have not got a order on myntra hence my money is long gone won’t recommend . ### 1/5 — My money has been stuck for 10 days *2022-05-03* I withdrew money from my wallet and it has been stuck for more than 10 days now, I assumed it was an issue with my bank and tried another bank account, it worked for a small amount and got stuck on the bigger amount, I have been mailing you constantly since the customer support number is not working. I have close to 9000rs stuck in transactions for the past 10 days. You charge for withdrawals and then provide such poor service. I am switching to Uber once this is resolved, he’ll, I’d rather walk than do business with someone who treats a customer who has been with them for over 7 years like this. ### 1/5 — Most hated product by the cab drivers *2021-11-07* Ola money is by far the most hated mode of payment by the cab drivers who seem to demand only cash and simply deny rides that are not cash. I seriously do not understand why is old promoting this useless service that is apparently not beneficial for their own drivers and because of which does no good to the customers. ### 1/5 — User unauthorised *2020-10-04* Most of the drivers insist to pay for the ride in cash saying that “Ola doesn’t pay us on time”. This is a big issue if we are not carrying enough cash. Another issue regarding payment based on the above issue is, even though we select the option “pay in cash after the ride” and paid the driver cash, money is being deducted from the wallet. When I tried to withdraw and transfer the money from wallet to bank account, I’m getting “User unauthorised “ eventhough my KYC was completed already. I face these issues regularly.
