Most sophisticated doctors and telehealth providers provides a basic 3-7 days NO CHARGE follow up policy but this app does not. I always had excuses to delay my medical checkup but not anymore as I can connect with a doctor within the comfort of my home. The doctors’ panel is really impressive and my experience with Dr Mehak Hanif has been exceptional. She helped me figure out the root cause of my illness and did not just prescribe medicine for the sake of it. She discussed all my symptoms in detail and I can say that she cares for her patients. Terrible app *2024-05-09* This company has no system of detecting fake reviews. There are fake review services that reach out to doctors to boost their profiles. This leads to terrible doctors getting a lot of patients. I had an experience where such a fake review subscriber tried doing a surgery that was not required. He told white lies that were later refuted by two different doctors. Use this app to book an appointment but DO NOT rely on its ratings. Most of the doctors available are fresh and just for promotional purposes. You won’t find a single reputed doctor on this app. My first experience was so awful, the doctor consulted me over whatsapp for the video consultation via video call. Gave me straightly 3 mins and list down bunch of meds which are nothing to do with the original issue. If you are really keen about your health issues go see a doctor in a hospital but dont consult online through this app or you will end up wasting money. I hope this helps. **Developer response:** Hi.
