I’ve had to reconnect the lights daily, and is super annoying! Should come with a remote as a back up to this glitchy app.

This app is terrible. It constantly loses the connection to Bluetooth and I have to literally re-pair the lights everytime I open the app. Would be great if the developers could actually fix this…

I’ve bought some poster wall lights (lightess) that go with this app. It is very poorly designed, for some reason the text is white, unlike the images which show black text. You cannot read anything, unless you tap on the white box which momentarily turns it black, allowing you to see the white camouflaged text for a split second. A fix is definitely needed to make the app even. a little hit usable. I won’t be using it anyway, because my lights disconnect from the app if not in use for more than 10 minutes, rendering them completely useless.

This app fails multiple times a day. If the app closes, the light turns off, or even sometimes just whenever, the app won’t pair until you hold the power button on the light to re-pair it. Super frustrating for what should be a very basic task. I’ve never had an app forget its own Bluetooth connection so often.

This app is absolutely pointless. I’ve used plenty of apps that are used to control lights etc, lots are bad..but this is literally pointless. Works .001% of the time.

I bought one of your lamps but I can’t connect to it through the app as it can’t find the device. Nothing is showing on the app. Please fix this. (Worth noting that the lamp itself works good)
