I feel like I’m using something from the 1980s. Additionally, I wasted time setting up the login with the fingerprint, but it never asked me thereafter to do so/use it! I still have to enter a password, so what was the point of the fingerprint?, just to keep it on “file,” and steal our biometric data? I hope they update this app and make it more user friendly and streamlined, especially the login section. I went to customer service since they boast about customer service, it went in circles. I click on customer service, it asked to sign in, after i sign repeat again. Got nowhere no service. Speaking to a human being is almost impossible. When the app works it is GREAT! When you finally speak to a human they a Fantastic. So I opened a new account, downloaded the app, and even set my online acct up so I could fund it. But, less than twenty four hours after doing so, access online to my acct was temporarily disabled. During the course of almost three weeks, was told repeatedly by customer service associates that the tech folks would fix it . Id receive a call and email. After the third week, I called again to be told by associate that they were told by superior to hang up call immediately with me . So no thanks old glory Bank., I don’t feel the need to be devalued and disrespected like that by anyone **Developer response:** Hello, it does sound like you experienced our fraud protocol for fraudulent accounts.
