This app doesn’t work you can’t even get past selecting which place as it gives you no options. Don’t blame the store, blaming the app.

Holy smokes is this app bad. And that’s a shame too because Nelson’s is amazing. My success rate is about 25% and half the time it says pickup is outside window (it isn’t) or access denied.

Constantly having to re log in. Always routed to new updated “app” even though updated app installed. 15 minutes to finally order. Many error messages. Frustrating.

Genuinely the worst app to ever order food from. If my pregnant wife wasn’t craving old Nelson (Chicken salad, calm down Karen, (go project your misery elsewhere)) I’d rather hack off my own leg for substance than ever give them business.

Unfortunately, although the promise of convenience afforded by this app is appealing, Old Nelson completely fails to deliver on the promise. It’d be nice if Old Nelson invested into making a functional, reliable app. I’d probably order a lot more from it if they did.

Completely unusable. Login doesn’t work, app crashes. Forgot password doesn’t work, app crashes. Try to order without signing in, get to the end and it forces you to login, app crashes.

This is what happens when you pay your kid to make you an app. Chances are the management doesn’t even know that this app isn’t taking orders. I keep complaining and store that the app doesn’t work, and the employees just roll their eyes. This app cannot even take an order.

the app works like it is supposed to for me, it’s very convenient and so i far i haven’t had any issues picking up my order on time

The app is easier than trying to order on the website, but it’s not perfect, for example I cannot choose a later pickup time, my only choice is ASAP. Others comment that toppings are missing from the customization menus. The app is a good start but needs work before it’s finished and ready for widespread adoption.
