My original account will not let me order online anymore the payment doesn’t go through so I had to make a new account. 2nd there is no option to order a bagel with just an egg. There used to be but then it was taken out. If you try to get an egg & chz bagel when you remove the cheese it adds an additional .50cents when it shouldn’t add anything or take off .50cents since you are removing them. & this is the only way from my understanding to bring this to anyone’s attention ### 2/5 — Frustrating. *2024-09-29* App allows me to choose a store, select my choices, manually enter my card info. Then when I placed my order told me they do not accept online orders at this location. WHY wouldn’t you say that when I choose the location????? Very frustrating when on a time crunch. Thank you. ### 4/5 — Default tip?? Good app, some room for improvement. *2024-02-02* App needs to allow users to set default store without sharing my phone’s location data. Also please stop with the default 10% tip. I’ve bought hundreds of bagels from OSB (they are the best!) and I used to voluntarily tip. But now that they default 10% and expect the tip, I’m not going to tip anymore.
