This is such an awesome tool when it works well but it is very frustrating when it resets like this (lately this has been happening every day for me). I’m paying you the same money as a pc user so I expect the same basic features that have been out on pc for years like puzzle box solvers. Yet you refuse to do the basic work that should’ve been done before it was ever even released to the app. Either do it properly or don’t do it. If I continue to run into walls created by your laziness and lack of foresight, lack of respect for tablet players, I will be giving up your game after 100 days of in game playtime and telling everyone else I know, including my partner to do the same until we get the respect we pay you for. Joke company. ### 1/5 — Too expensive *2026-08-23, version 240.5* £10.99 per month for membership is far too expensive. ### 1/5 — False ban for hitting *2026-08-22, version 240.5* I used to love playing RuneScape as a kid, so I thought I would play it again for nostalgia after seeing the mobile app. I even thought I would try it as a member since I am working now and can afford it. 2 weeks after opening an account and 3 days after getting a whole year of membership, they ban me for using bots, which I never did. All I can think of that triggers the ban is I was playing afk at work or using other apps like YouTube and safari when playing on the mobile(the only way I ever played). Tried to get support help for it but it seems there is non real human help and only ai bots in the appeals for banning. I have reported scammers many times to find they are still there day after day doing the same scams. When I started playing the game you’d see many player mods who would control these issues but now you never see a mod at all. If this continues I will be requesting a refund cause I paid for a game that works not one forcing me to close the app to log back in to stop the issue for 5 mins. As an Ultimate ironman level 3, I am also very stumped that alot of game content is locked behind PvM, so being exclusively PvE is excessively punishing. I really wish there was a manual button to block incoming combat xp so I could access the rest of the game like every other player. Furthermore, despite hitting 99 construction as my first ever skill, in the player owned home, I cannot build a bank replacement storage chest, this should be the 99 con reward beside cape. Deathbanking is risky, deathpiling is annoying, you can build a house but not a storage chest? Furthermore I only have access to 5/15 or so teleportation methods because combat xp is blocking the way both from monsters and quests. Seed box can only hold 6 seed variations? Idk i think that should be able to store as many types as there are but limit to 30 or 100 counts? I understand it is a choice to play pvm only, but getting locked out of this much content is overkill. The good: Great and friendly community, there are trolls, but they are in every game, learn to deal with it. Lots of quests, they can also be quite funny, ridiculous, or annoying, probably as intended, Love the songs, sailing crew should sing sea shanties!!! Pvm content looks like a lot of fun, i watch others to make up for the fact that i cant do it. Bugs so far: Imps walking on water, on the edges of view distance on Molch Lake. Im sure that shouldnt be. Delay between animation(behind) and whats actually happening(ahead) is very very very confusing and panic clicking inducing when in danger! Praise: Happy to see so many bots getting banned! Good job!
