Currently it is no longer able to start up at all. It does nothing. Too bad. The iPhone is okay. There are times when it doesn’t work properly and I then switch to a different OTR Streaming service. Since I like SIFI I enjoy listening to stations that provide that genre. Nothing else like this. Wish it would update to add newer stations (if any) or remove old broken stations. This isn’t a podcast list, it’s a radio station list. Best way to listen to Hank’s Gumshoe or Audio Noir or whatever other station is on here. All other methods of listening to those stations add commercials. Doesn’t anyone care about this streamer? It’s good when it works, but it doesn’t most of the time. Most of the stations on it sit, blank, and won’t open, or have an overlay that says it has a problem with the server. Sometimes, it works after that, but you sit for 15 seconds waiting to see what happens. What a shame…such potential, wasted. 12/16/2022 Update Heads Up The app is getting ready to crash again. It happens often enough that I can recognize the signs, and it’s doing it now. First, one by one stations won’t play. Sometimes, for a limited time, you can get it to play by touching the one below and then touch the one that wouldn’t work. Second, that trick won’t work, and then the next won’t play either. Third, the list gets shorter and shorter. Perhaps you’re culling the stations list, I don’t know. Forth, the app won’t open. The app is now in step two. This app, when working, is THE BEST anywhere, anytime. It has great choices, great sound, extremely easy to use, and the sleep timer allows one to listen until will turn off at the amount of time you set. I truly love this app, but it’s just unreliable, in that it crashes about twice a year. It’s unfortunately, pretty predictable. Other than the crashing problem, there’s one more that would make it perfect..the ability to use it on android phones. I wouldn’t even use my IPad if I could just open it on my phone. Sad… can’t get more than a couple stations to work at any given time. Sigh… Don’t know what’s going on here lately and whether it does or doesn’t have to do with the 12+ iOS upgrade. The programs stop streaming for no known apparent reason; some selected favorites don’t show up in the right section; sometimes the App just doesn’t load for minutes on end. Also there’s begun annoying repetition of programs (esp within my fav sites). I’m not giving up. I do like this App and hope/look forward to seeing it back up and working at the same great level it was a year ago when I first found and began enjoying it! Will certainly up the stars then! Stations won’t open or, if they do, they won’t play. Since I’m going through a serious health issue, this app has been my go to for comfort and taking my mind off my problems. Plus I like to listen to it before I go to sleep. Every time I open the app, I hope it’s fixed but nope!! Please, please fix it!! I gave this 5 stars before even though it wasn’t working because it really is the best old radio show app. I emailed the developer and he got back to me letting me know it would be fixed and today it is! I love the different stations to choose from and the fact it has a sleep timer. I listen to it everyday and listen before I go to sleep.
