This caused me to miss my stop and put me behind schedule as I had to walk back 30 minutes in the opposite direction to make my scheduled activities for the day. Very disappointed. Won’t trust using the app in the future. ### 1/5 — Just bad *2023-06-30* The finger zoom doesn’t work and it doesn’t show me where I am on the map. Some numbered locations are not where they actually stop. Very very frustrating. ### 1/5 — trolleytours.com not this Outdated map *2023-03-14* The SD OTT stops are wrong. Just use the pamphlet they give for free on the tour or the digital map on the website at trolleytours.com because they update that—unlike the app. Westfield Horton plaza is not a stop—when did WHP plaza close? 2 years ago? 3? 5? ### 1/5 — No indication of where San Diego trolley is *2023-02-03, version 4.0* Downloaded it in hopes it would show where the trolley is - not that hard if Lyft and uber have done it for years. No sign and we’ve been sitting at the stop for 20 minutes ### 1/5 — Doesn’t actually work *2022-07-07, version 2.3* Says it lets you see the trolley times. It does not. Complete waste of space. Get a paper map. ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-05-30, version 2.2* They changed the Savannah routes but didn’t update the app. We lost an hour waiting for a trolley that wasn’t coming. Per the Trolley company, the route shown is out of date and shows stops that dont exist. Tell me how it is possible that in Savannah Georgia, this company had time to redesign, print, and distribute new paper maps all over the city but then I didn’t bother to update their app. Because of that, we sat on the corner for over half an hour waiting for a stop that doesn’t even exist now. Very disappointing! When I called, he apologized but that was all. Who knows when they will get around to fixing it.
