I’m at the Pendleton branch and can’t say enough about how professional, personal, and helpful they’ve been. Greg is a great guy and does an outstanding job making the smallest member feel as important as the largest. Great job! ## Most praised reviews (1 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Good app but could be better *2019-06-18, version 2.6.0* Start off by saying I love this bank and I’m glad I switched, but.. I’ve been using US Bank for years and just switched over to Old West. Only big concerns I have right away are that the mobile check deposit doesn’t let you know if it’s been accepted immediately like US Bank does and that it doesn’t allow you to use a portion of the check you just deposited immediately. (Like if you were to walk into the bank and deposit it there instead) What’s the point in having mobile banking if you can’t use your money right away. I don’t like waiting a day or two for processing. Might just have to continue using US and transferring from there. At least that way I know I can use my money same day from mobile deposit. Because I hate going into the bank and I get off work late and can never make it on time. Other than that, the app loads 10x faster than US Bank and so far there isn’t an update every other day like US which is great because you can login every time!
