I will have to change banks if this requirement is not lifted. And I can tell you that there absolutely no way I can afford a new phone just to be able to use this app. The developer very much should have considered this possibility when they implemented this update. Also, it came out of the blue with no heads up so I could make arrangements to pay my bills on time. This is a HUGE inconvenience that I am not prepared to deal with at this time. I am very much considering switching banks because of this. I have bills due THIS WEEK that I can’t pay on this app. I expect you will hear a LOT about this, considering the current situation in our economy. People simply cannot afford this kind of blow out of nowhere. ### 1/5 — Deposit Mobil *2024-12-18, version 3.18.0* Not great ### 1/5 — To accounts developer: *2023-05-21* I can no longer deposit money into my account from my phone because 2nd upgrade is a disaster! I moved to another city in Oregon, l kept my account with OWFCU because of the great service. I will be closing my account because I am unable to download the latest app upgrade! Sincerely, a member of your credit union for 19 years, Carolyn Flynn! ### 1/5 — Terrible Replacement *2023-04-04, version 3.1.0* While this replacement does show more account information, it is harder to use than the old one. Setting it up is not intuitive or simple, renaming accounts is buried in several menus. However, the worst thing is the fact that my auto transfers were removed. That meant I was unable to pay my rent when it was due! I was able to reset up my Auto Transfers, and that was much harder than it should have been! I am still waiting for those transfers to go through! The new information is not worth the hassles. 2FA is not working as well! ### 5/5 — Bank *2026-02-13, version 3.30.2* The bank details at this bank are always helping and always willing to help.
