The app seriously needs some bug fixes updates! *2025-03-07* I love The Great Detectives of Old Time Radio podcast! Adam Graham is the most amazing of commentators and curators of these old-time radio shows As much as I love having the app so that I don't have to listen to all the commercials that you have to listen through on every other platform, this thing crashes constantly! It is in serious need of a bug fix! And finding myself having to delete the app and trying to find where I left off again. Makes it very hard to navigate when you no longer can see which shows you've watched because you have to delete the app that keeps track of that for you. BTW, all those spots in the show description, where you are supposed to click for more, never work here. I keep hearing adverts for the amazing world of radio but cannot find the app, only the podcasts. It makes me sad. Love Philip Marlowe, Johnny Dollar and Pat Novak the best. I listen to it every night. Unfortunately the catalog contains both the best and the worst of the genre. The host Adam provides commentary before and after each episode. When it does not crash it is impossible to download an episode. If all these latest update to the app actually worked, then everything would be amazing! Now, you can access all of the archives...oh yeah, with about 200 episodes just MISSING now! Here it is six years later, and I am still trying to get caught up! I’m still about three years behind! But that’s fine. I’ll always have Great Detectives to listen to! I love Adam‘s in-depth commentary. He really does his research. Plus, he begins every detective show from the first episode and plays them all sequentially! No other podcast does that! If you like old detective dramas, this is definitely the podcast for you!
