Asking me for my account phone number literally 5 times, asking me for proof that I deposited money numerous times. Despite providing proof and requesting information from them the line went cold. Wenn man geld auf oldubil senden will kann man es nicht über den leichten weg den mit europäischen/ amerkianischen karten kann man nixht direkt auf oldubil geld transferieren man muss übe reinen anderen weg gehen mit crypto und ist halt umständlich. Wenn man soch ein account gemacht hat kann man den support von oldubil so oft anschreiben bis man will die werden euch ignorieren und eure account nicht löschen selbst wenn ihr denen auf türkisch schreibt, in meinem dall ist es so. Mein Guthaben wurde plötzlich weniger. Der Anbieter hat einseitig gegen Dezember 2023 entschieden, Accounts auf denen 6 Monate nichts passiert ist, monatlich mit 10 Lira zu belasten. In Deutschland wäre das unmöglich ohne eine Zustimmung. Sitz der Firma ist aber in der Türkei. Nun wollte ich mein Geld ausgeben, und versuchte es auf bekannten türkischen Seiten. Es war mir nichtmal möglich eine türkische Prepaid Mobilfunk Karte aufzuladen, da jedesmal eine Ablehnung oder ein Systemfehler kam. Ein überweisen war auch nicht möglich. Alles schön in den FAQs beschrieben, dass ich als ausländischer Nutzer nichts machen kann. Im Grunde komme ich so nicht mehr an mein Geld. Am Ende konnte ich wenigstens in der App e-Pins also Gutscheine für meinen türkischen Apple/Netflix Account kaufen, und schreibe den Rest als Lehrgeld ab. App habe ich somit nun gelöscht. So schafft man sich auch selbst ab.
