I have entered my number multiple times to receive the code via sms and no luck! Massive glitch :( can someone please look into this. ### 1/5 — Catastrophic design choices make it unusable *2025-09-29* The app establishes where you are, not based on the location function, or where you say you are, but by checking the ‘Language and Region’ setting on your iPhone. This means if you are visiting the UK from another country, or are using your iPhone in a setting other than ‘English (UK)’, you literally cannot use the app. I’m serious: you cannot proceed past the first screen unless you’re willing to change the Language and Region settings on your phone - and all this just to collect some coffee points. WHO DESIGNED THIS? ### 3/5 — Defaults to USA even though I’m in the UK *2025-08-25, version 2.7.27* I’ve been trying to use this app in the UK, which is where I’m based, but it seems to always default to the USA. There doesn’t seem to be a way to adjust the country to your local region. ### 2/5 — Welcome gift is a “catch” if not fraud *2025-08-07* This app would have been fantastic if it had worked as designed. Tried to redeem the welcome Danish Custard which could only be redeemed “click & collect” which continued to fail as the prompt kept coming back to say that the selected shop had “No connection to the register “. Obviously the shop staff was pathetically unhelpful and my online enquiry seems to have been put into an inbox never to be opened. ### 1/5 — Worst app on the App Store *2025-08-05, version 2.7.25* Can’t redeem rewards (error: can’t connect to register), QR code never works in-store so can’t collect points. Have given up ordering from here now, too many other options available to get away with being this bad. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-08-04, version 2.7.25* I used to be a regular customer, but recently their app has so many bugs and issues that it is impossible to place an order even if you want to. They need to fix this asap else they would be losing more customers like myself ### 2/5 — No longer able to order via app *2025-07-26* The idea behind the app is great. The design is awful. It has so many bugs it should be placed in a terrarium. Recently I am unable to order anything via the app (nor redeem my rewards) as the calendar option does not work meaning I cannot choose a day of pick up. The calendar appears but does not allow me to pick any date. It’s been like that for at least a couple of app updates. That’s just one of the many many issues. Previously at least you could contact customer service but now even that option seems to be gone. Also many promotions for app users don’t work. Customer service doesn’t respond when you attempt to contact them. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE in Denmark *2025-07-24* Currency does not convert! Charged my card $135 for something that was 135 Danish kroner. Also tried to place a 200kr Order and it failed 4 times before I gave up. Turns out I got charged over $800 for bread that I never received. ### 2/5 — Not the most inactive app ever *2025-07-11, version 2.7.25* This app is great for ordering things for picking up. But I’ve lost count the number of times I had to have the person behind the counter to help me redeem rewards and offers. Most other apps from coffee shops and bakeries tend to be intuitive or they come up with the offers to the shop clerk when you scan your app. But with the O&S app; you scan it and half the times you don’t get the points for the order, you have to show and tell them what offers you want to use and then they have to manually enter the offer. What should be a simple case of either tapping/selecting an offer and then scanning it to redeem it ends up being a frustrating experience of misunderstandings and sometimes losing out on points because you didn’t scan the code in the right sequence of actions. If other bakeries and coffee shops have got this down to a tee, why can’t O&S? ### 2/5 — Unable to order from app *2025-07-05, version 2.7.25* App is not connecting to the register meaning you can’t order. Been going on for a while. Disappointing ### 1/5 — Buggy app for preordering *2025-06-27, version 2.7.25* Tried to redeem points and it asked me to put a card even though no payment required. Then I put a card and it asked for a CVV code but there was an “internal server error” so couldn’t actually enter it. Gave up… ### 1/5 — Can’t order on app *2025-06-05, version 2.7.22* I’ve tried to place an order on the app but it says no connection to register. ### 3/5 — No longer works *2025-05-26, version 2.7.22* Latest update no longer allows me to scan in store. Apparently you have to contact customer services, but maybe just fix the app instead? ### 1/5 — Can’t redeem reward because it says no stores are open. *2025-05-11, version 2.7.20* I have rewards to claim. I can’t even place an order to collect later at a local store because it refuses to list ANY stores as open despite the fact they are indeed open and other peoples apps all saying they’re open and available to make matters worse. Not the first time this has happened and it’s getting beyond a joke now. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Always issues with your app *2026-06-06, version 3.0.24* There are always issues with your app. Clearly never tested on older phones and today the QR code disappeared. Told I had to delete and download. Please take more care with your updates!!! ### 1/5 — So many bugs *2026-04-08, version 3.0.19* Constantly bugging, re-downloaded to use my points and put my number in but it’s not sending me a pin. Tried to get it about 6 times. Last time I had it, for some reason it updated to the Danish version too 😑 ### 1/5 — Loads of gaps *2026-04-02* This app has so many bugs, it’s actually very frustrating to use. You spend a tonne of money collecting the points, only for the app to do everything it can to make sure you can’t redeem them. Half the items aren’t available when you select the option to use your points from the Home Screen. If you are willing to spend time trying to find another route to redeem them, it seems like you’re making progress then you get charged for the order anyway. The points system works, but *only* if you order in store. This is not acceptable in my opinion, as there are many customers that exclusively order online (hence why they download the app). I’ve heard many customer complain. I just hope that feedback is actioned soon. ### 1/5 — Points gone (expired) not loyal at all *2026-03-22, version 3.0.17* For various life reasons I hadn’t visited for a while and having accumulated a few thousand points I was shocked/horrified to find they had expired. Shocking for a loyalty scheme. Quite literally the opposite to creating loyalty. Turns out I now have no incentive to return.
