Pain in the neck to have to your facility every third month and have to change my password ! To get into my phone takes a 6 letter passcode making it safe from scammers ! Myself , my wife , and many of my friends find it extremely annoying

We have had only positive experiences with OAFCU from the person to person interactions, the long distance calls for assist and online.   The only negative comment I can make is changing the pass word every 90 days.  I don’t see that is necessary so often and find it inconvenient and bothersome.

On the website I am constantly scheduling the pending transactions tab and I really wish this was an option in the app! It’s so handy to see which transactions haven’t been processed yet and what money you having waiting to be deposited into your account.

I have nothing but problems with this app. I try to log in and it doesn’t work so I call and get my password changed. A few weeks later it says invalid log in every time. Doesn’t make sense. So annoying

I unsaves my password constantly. Very very very very annoying to have to change my password every couple months. Extremelyyyyyyyyyy annoying that it requires capitalization and numbers for a password that I’m forced to change so frequently. I hope whoever designed this app gets hit by a bus.
