I opened an account here just to have one, but don’t use it. My direct deposits go to Olean. I can use my Visa card and pay it by transferring money between accounts. I like that! And I feel safer using this ap. The protections against fraud are better. Thank you so much Olean Area. I appreciate you so much! ### 5/5 — Great credit union *2018-05-27, version 4.2.254* We have used Olean FCU for about 25 years, even after we moved 2 hours away over 3 years ago. Mobile banking and this wonderful staff make this possible. I deposit checks via the app, and if I need card replacements I can do everything without setting foot in the credit office. The protection for fraud is also excellent. A few weeks later it says invalid log in every time. Doesn’t make sense. So annoying ### 1/5 — This app is trash *2020-02-19, version 4.19.134* I unsaves my password constantly. Very very very very annoying to have to change my password every couple months. Extremelyyyyyyyyyy annoying that it requires capitalization and numbers for a password that I’m forced to change so frequently. We use our thumb print and after 6 months you ask us to log in. To change our Password? There are times when you’re closed. There is no notification it needs changed.. and it’s always shuts the app down at the most inconvenient time like a Saturday and I’m out of town and I’m tracking my purchases. Like other reviewers have said- it always happens at the most inconvenient time! Maybe the next update they can add a memo line for transfers like on their website. If my phone were ever stolen I would not want that person finding out my account name. The only negative comment I can make is changing the pass word every 90 days.
