## What is Olfly?

Olfly makes smell training simple, consistent, and encouraging.

Smell training is a widely used wellness practice: short, structured sniffing sessions with familiar scents, repeated daily. Olfly guides you through each session, keeps your streak going, and shows how your practice develops over time.

• Guided daily smell training sessions, step by step
• Works with your own scent kit — essential oils or everyday items

TRACK
• Progress charts that show your training history at a glance
• A personal journal to log how each scent smells for you day to day

EXPLORE
• A scent library to build variety into your training routine

OLFLY PLUS
