So I sit in my car waiting at least 5 mins after the order ready time, then have to walk in, stand in line with the walk-ins & Dashers. Only to have the single employee assigned to answer phones & handle take-out grab my order off the counter where it’s been sitting & getting cold. I do not blame the single overworked employee for this issue. But either the app needs to have location specific feedback to customers or the management at this location needs to turn off car-side-to-go if they are not able to provide the service.
