Download the latest “update” and I can’t even login now. Of course there’s no option to “roll back”.

Seriously. Picked up a sphere because it looked cool. Of course proprietary comms. Why!? 

The device control is slapped in a shopping app. It’s like going go WalMart for milk & having to go through the whole store to get it. I get wanting/needing Bluetooth permissions, but my location? No. Was looking forward to the music sync, but it wants permissions not for media, but my microphone!? What a stupid way to do it, unless of course they want to listen to more than music. 

Doesn’t matter anyway because there is zero configuration with the music. The colors are all over the place, too bright, and even if they were customizable they lag in a way that will give you a headache in minutes. 

Nice hardware. Hopefully can figure out a way to control it with 3rd party controls, but the physical button is capable enough in the time being because this app is being deleted asap.

Olights has the best products and customer service. As a member the games and the challenges that they have in the games are great!! you get fast responses faster results with their customer service. They standby their products if anything goes wrong, which normally never does they will solve that fast.  They have deals all the time. Especially if you active member, you can join them on your social media pages. They’re very helpful and always giving away free stuff.

I use an o light sphere for camping and being able to shut them off via the app was great. Suddenly it no longer works. Can’t find Any device… Olight can afford to do better..

The app is just a store to get you to buy more Olight products. It seems if you don’t buy more the pairing functionality is turned off. My light is now completely uncontrollable. I hope you didn’t buy a light before reading reviews.
