They took about 3hrs to deliver from a vendor 15 mins away. Food got cold and the rider has no sense of navigation. Even after submitting  in my address the rider kept calling at every junction. DO NOT DOWNLOAD EXCEPT YOU WANT POOR SERVICES.

Ordered food and it took close to three hours for it to be delivered. Plus the price displayed on the app is higher than that of the restaurant. Delivery fee should be flexible. Why should I pay same delivery fee with someone that stays farther than me.
