If you want to have “human support” the UI/UX is awful, there’s no way to book personal sessions with your therapist on the app any more. You can’t review past sessions and to chat to your therapist is quite a few clicks away. I have nothing against their new use of AI but the app is basically useless to me and I now have to use Oliva platform via browser on my phone or laptop.
