Payment processed just fine when manually entering my card information. I go to the website to order and the page won’t load. Finally, after waiting patiently for whatever is going on to be fixed with no resolution, I called the location I order from, and they were unaware of any issues and said they weren’t even affiliated with the app. No resolution for me and no way to get help so I guess I can’t order delivery with Olive Garden anymore, which means that location is losing quite a bit of traffic from me; I ordered up until now almost every day. So by posting this review I hope something happens towards this issue being resolved. I’m just hungry for some pasta. ### 3/5 — High Quality experience with too many mistakes *2026-02-10, version 6.60.0* Significant slowdowns and stuttering, especially when returning to the menu from an item screen. It’s clear that they tried to build a nice app but did not use native platform code to do it and the experience suffers because of that. Every time we join the waitlist (even from different phones), we arrive, confirm that we’re there, and then a minute or two later the app removes us from the waitlist. This has happened repeatedly. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, but the last two visits it failed every single time and we ended up waiting in the regular line anyway. The explanations have also been inconsistent. On one visit we were told it happens when there’s barely any wait. This time there was a 25–30 minute wait, and we were told it might be happening because the wait was too long. So which is it? I've anticipated getting Points for future visits, nothing, received unlimited emails, and I had to subscribe and give my email to Olive Garden for them process my order and the subscriptions to the sister chain restaurants. I don't appreciate this company collecting my email, address, stored credit card info, and past orders. When I logged on multiple times, nothing was stored. Where did my personal information go? My info isn't working, and nothing is working. This seems fishy; it seems like a hacker got into it—this app. I deleted my account. However, I've noticed that while the default option is chicken, I prefer shrimp with my Alfredo. Each time, I have to mention this preference in the notes section because the app does not currently offer a custom option to easily switch between chicken and shrimp. However, the best part of our night was our waiter, Julian! He gets rave reviews on his courtesy and prompt awareness of the perfect time to come check on us! Because of Julian, we brought home chocolate mousse dessert! Great experience all around! We highly recommend Julian for great service from start to finish 💯👍💯👍👌🏻 ### 5/5 — Bug report *2022-02-14* There is a bug in the app where special instructions do not get transmitted with the final order even though I make sure to hit save after entering. It does not happen every time but happens often. I just placed an order with version 2.10.1 and it occurred again. It happens so often that I have made it a habit to check the email message I get after submitting the order to check the special instructions and proceed to call the restaurant when the special instructions are missing.
