The game starts you with ZERO ENERGY. So when you go to tap on the first thing, it takes you to the shop to buy energy. You can’t do anything else because you’re locked in the tutorial. It was so dumb it’s actually funny.

after a certain point the game stops giving you any construction items, you have to buy them in shop so i’ve been trapped at player level 10 on “the lost tomb” chapter for months and months! i will not buy gems to get past this point, especially since i believe a lot of the art is ai generated. just sucks because this is a fairly fun version of this game style. hope this can be fixed and this game will be playable again🙏

Need a specific item for a quest, can’t seem to get it. Purchased gems from your store so I could buy the quest item. Never received the gems.Tried to submit a support ticket but it wouldn’t go through. Now I’m stuck! So infuriating, please fix!

The game is fun but there isn’t a way to sell unneeded items. My board is totally full and there is nothing I can merge. Game over.

Enjoyable but because each category has so few levels, you end up with a lot of unmergeable items in your field.  No way to delete items like other games in this genre making it impossible to progress in the game,  It would be good otherwise.

Tried playing it but there is no sound or music. There are also no setting functions and the settings icon just tells you to contact them with feedback. It might be a fun merge game but it’s hard to get past no sound.
