I’ve been using this app together with my dietitian during my weight loss journey, and it honestly helps me stay much more disciplined. Tracking meals, water, and progress in one place makes everything easier. The interface is simple and motivating, which matters when your brain is already negotiating with chocolate at 11 PM like it’s a hostage situation. 😭
