It is July 24th and I already received the box for July. Deleted the app and now reinstalling it. We’ve had a few delivery problems, but customer service made it right every time! A+++ I will mention I feel like there is a little more gristle in the food, in fact one pack of pork had 3 pieces that could have harmed our 6lb dog, one piece was actually sharp. The only way I found this and thank goodness, is because I roll the food into bite size meatballs. Much easier for the flat faces Shih Tzu. Currently I feed two dogs per month at that price. The discounted price for initial delivery is close to what I pay cooking for my dogs daily. I know that I’m feeding them properly based off my research, their weight, health, and their veterinarian. The app has issues signing in using the application on iPhone. I want to log into the app. Pick what I want. Pay, and go about my day. While shopping in any grocery app that is what you do, but this app ask for too much information. When purchasing items though any grocery app is not asking me my weight, how active I am and so on. Ollie needs a, it’s none of our business option. I’ve seen the same issues in other pet food subscription applications. Get a clear pricing of x amount of dollars per month, how many meals per day that is, and the weight of each meal to give consumers a clear view of what we’re subscribing to. No I do not want to contact or be contacted by Ollie. Get your program right. Fix your application. She ate a small portion of the lamb with cranberry. Dog food looks fresh had to smell it first yes!! Ordered March 27th package was delivered April 2nd! Box was really classy got everything they said would come with sample box! Dry ice kept food frozen and fresh. If my baby likes it I will order again and again. Disappointed at the app since it has such potential. All phones’ OS are updated, iPad on 15. There’s no support for the app on the website.
