Not a problem; happy to purchase, but you can’t. Clicking upgrade in app doesn’t go anywhere, and there’s no self service option on the website. Our team wants to buy, and we can’t. Very frustrating. Otherwise it’s awesome. ### 3/5 — Great app, awful customer support *2024-08-01, version 3.0.35* As a director of coaches for a youth soccer club I love everything about Ollie app. It’s easy to use very well organized, soccer focused, parents love it. I had no issues with Ollie until recently it seems like they had a staff changes and some of the features that were free before like adding teams now the app requires you to upgrade to use it. It’s unfortunate but that’s not the issue the problem here is the app won’t allow you to upgrade without speaking to their sale team which will get back to you in 24hrs. Ive been sending a request to be contacted for the past 3 weeks and still nothing ! My season is about to start and I need to add my new to teams the app but there is no way for me to do so unless I upgrade but still no one in their sales team has contacted me. They use to have an employee that I would speak to with any issues who very responsive but unfortunately he is no longer There and it seems like no one else is either ! Lol Its unfortunate because it is a very good app but if I can’t more teams there is no way I can use it. Also i would love to see a dark mode/version, it is really white and bright and i would love a darker version. last, i prefer to use google calendar to apple and sadly you are only able to sync your schedule to an apple calendar and not google. but all and all i think this app does what it's supposed to and is a good app. ### 5/5 — Best soccer app *2024-04-26, version 3.0.35* Use this app it is mind blowing mike drop ### 5/5 — A must have *2024-03-16, version 3.0.32* Tried many different stats tracking apps but this one is by far the best. Seems like a gigantic flaw to me. The notifications are random. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t, sometimes you get then after you’ve read the messages and closed the app so you think you have new notifications but when you open the app again, it’s the notifications for the messages you already read. Almost like they’re delayed and disconnected. Even worse, it randomly won’t let me upload simple pictures or screenshots into our chats. For example, I uploaded a picture of one player just fine but 30 seconds later, I tried to upload a picture of a second player and it threw an error. But then my brother was able to upload the picture that failed. I’ve let support know but my experience with support so far has been terrible. Of the handful of times I’ve reached out, they’ve never resolved anything for me.
