They recently updated the app and now it doesn’t allow me to log in or change passwords. If you click change password you enter what you want and then it locks up. It’s only good off on item and you earned it, it shouldn’t expire until the end of the year when the points recycle. I downloaded it but it won’t let me create an account. I’ve reviewed all of the fields and nothing is wrong. On the password boa both green checks. All boxes are selected. The app simply doesn’t work. Maybe try fixing this stuff before you get your customers hopes up. When I go to us the app it tells me I need to set a home store, so I use the Store Locator and select my store and click the box to save it as my store. 3 seconds later the box unticks itself and it will not allow me to save my store, which kinds of make the app useless. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE APP *2025-05-13, version 1.9.0* Functionality is piss poor and nonexistent. I have tried installing, uninstalling and reinstalling all for it to fail time after time. I have put I my information to exhaustion. What exactly is wrong with you people?!? Do you NOT want your app to be utilized? If not, then remove it from the App Store and stop promoting it! We are in a RV motorhome so storage is limited. But find many things we (“needed”) and some a bit more questionable in that category. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I’m super impressed with Jeremy, one of the store managers. He is always friendly and have noticed that even though he’s got a managerial position , he is a great team member who will go out collect the carts that have been left in the parking lot , pick up trash in store , straighten shelves etc. No job is too good for him. All the other staff too will go the extra mile to help customers. There is a wide range of good items in store and all are well below other store prices. Selection Product’s are always so tempting. Even on a fixed income I find that I can still buy products that I like and affordable. This is one reason I shop at Ollie’s.
