I’ve been told week after week, “oh it will be fixed once the update comes out”… 3 months later it finally comes out and still doesn’t work. Spoke to Oscar, and he said he has no idea what they can do to fix this. So basically you stole my money and are stealing other peoples money on a daily basis. Olliv needs to be shut down immediately, I couldn’t imagine what I’d do if I had thousands invested in my wallet, but I’m sure someone is experiencing that and will take you to court. **Developer response:** Hello. We'll look into your issue and ensure we make this right for you. ### 1/5 — Scam app *2023-08-02, version 1.2.2* It’s very scam app don’t download it ### 1/5 — The worst crypto wallet on the market *2023-07-20* Do not use this wallet. I have been dealing with crypto wallets and exchanges for a little now and have never come across the ineptitude of this whole program. I have been trying to get my wife to try crypto for years. She finally gave in a chose this wallet for her first go at it. From her first deposit it was down hill from the there. Once the deposit was in and showing as a balance on her account, she was unable to access or utilize any of the funds. The balance is shown on the wallet and nothing looks amiss at first glance until you actually try to use the wallet. All you get is an unable to sync notification and to start over. She has been in contact with this wallets “ award winning customer service “ every day since. At first amicably, nothings perfect right? To now a daily struggle of frustration. No one and I mean no one can tell her the same reason for the issue from one to the next. Anywhere from, hacking, to software issues, to operator error, and now she’s back to waiting on a “patch fix” for an uncertain software issue. This all started over 7 weeks ago. Beware. Do not use. As I said I have been doing for a little bit and seen and dealt with bad wallets. And my case hasn’t been reviewed my money is still stuck in Olliv Wallet. Supervisors are not trained to handle anything remotely IT or complex. CS some were polite. Others just hung up before I got any answers. My money has been held hostage by them for over 2 months. It won't let me sync my wallet on the app even though it was created on the same app! I can't send or receive crypto. I have called them numerous times and have been on the phone for almost 2 hours each time. They always promised to follow up in 24 hours after each call but I have yet to hear anything from them. I called again yesterday and was told it was a technical glitch they were aware of but don't have an ETA on a fix??? I was advised to import my wallet to another platform to access the funds. I did thar this morning and to my shock, my crypto balance is ZERO in that wallet even though Olliv's app shows a balance. What's really going on??? I'm sick of the runaround and can't even remove my money from this useless app. They are holding my funds hostage!! It gives an error every time from both the app and the website. I have had multiple tickets open for well over a month and am consistently lied to be olives customers service telling me “it will be fixed next week”. There’s been ZERO resolution. Your customer service has done NOTHING to help. You guys stole my money is what it comes down to. I can’t add my wallet to another platform because it doesn’t show up (100% using the correct pass phrase and I have screenshots). Your company has messed up bad and it will be a matter of time before someone takes legal action against you. It’s absurd actually. Do not use this app!!!! ### 1/5 — if I could give zero stars, I would *2023-06-29* App is horrible. Like other reviewers have stated, I have also tried to move BTC to another wallet with no luck. Errors galore. So instead, on 5/24 I tried swapping my BTC to LTC (gas fees on Litecoin network are usually cheaper and the network is less congested) and tried sending to another wallet. To this day I have no idea if the swap succeeded or failed. The BTC was taken from my wallet but I have not been credited with any LTC. I have called Olliv customer service too many times and each time their only response is to wait longer. They literally have no answers and no interest in resolving the issue. 6/28 update... Well Oliver, I wish I could say that calling and speaking with a supervisor made any difference but it didn't. She wasn't any more helpful or knowledgeable than any of the other CSRs that I've spoken to. Zero answers and zero solutions. I sent a message to their support and no one has responded. ### 1/5 — Thought it would be good, of course there is an issue *2023-06-19* I bought LTC and BTC, and am unable to transfer it to an external wallet. It gives me an error every time or says this wallet doesn’t exist. Very frustrating. #update weeks later - No resolution. My crypto is stuck and losing money. I can’t sell, swap or transfer it. The wallet doesn’t show up on other platforms (and yes I’m using the correct pass phrase). Olliv needs to be SHUT DOWN immediately. I can’t send the bitcoin I bought back to my other wallet, all I can do is spend money that gets lost in this void of an app. Is this even self custodial?? cause it surely feels like you guys are holding our btc hostage. Moral of the story don’t buy on this app. In fact use literally any other self custodial wallet app on the market because this one is half baked. None of the functions it claims to offer works. I tried contacting their customer service and they said they will make a support ticket and get back to me. They did not. When I call and ask how to remove the crypto, they gave me methods that do not work.
