### 1/5 — RUINS YOUR CREDIT!

I quit using this card, but I can’t pay it off because they BANNED the only bank account I have! Two months in a row I’ve had problems with the payment. THEY don’t take the money when I authorize it. Last month it never even showed up as pending on my bank history. Three strikes I’m out. I’m not going to go thru the trouble of opening an account at a different bank, just for this nonsense, so I’m going to have to let it get late again. Cause when it’s delinquent you can pay INSTANTLY with PayPal debit (another bank)! The easiest and most reliable thing that works is NOT an option to use when you’re current. Not dumb enough?? It gets worse. Not only do THEY cause ME to go late, they charge me a fee AND inactivate my card for a week or more! Thats how long it takes to clear the mistake. This must be why OLLO became Ally in the first place! Cause OLLO blows! Do not support STUPID! Take your good credit elsewhere!

I kept this card at zero balance for emergencies. I had 2 fraud charges out of nowhere. In states I’ve never been to. I disputed the charges. One got reversed in 1 week. The other over 30 days no activity. I called several times. The last phone call, on it now, mocked me. And left me on hold for 20 minutes. Pure trash humans. Pure trash service. They will not help you if fraud happens to you.

It doesn’t work it just keeps spinning and the crashes . This credit card company seems to be a scam. Then your customer service line number left to assure, clearly meeeick bank failed when they acquired this card for the app just spins and now I’m going to cancel the card for if I can’t have control over my accountwith Merrick   / Ollie card . I do not want it!

Was switched over to Ollo and all my app does is spin. I seen another review about this issues and person stated they had to turn off wifi for it to finally connect and so I tried it doesn’t work just spins . So when they email or call and state my payment is late I can tell them to fix the app so I can get on and pay it.   Wish Merrick wouldn’t have taken over. Blows!!

Finally was able to get on week later. But still don’t like this OLLO card so paid it off and now I’m closing it. So I do want to say thank you for fixing the AP long enough for me to pay it off.

It’s frustrating to access the app only to see it buffering for a long time for the error message to come up saying try again later. I want to see my account now!Another reviewer said it works when you turn off WiFi, which is an inconvenience, but it worked.

Ollo bought my credit card, so I’m trying to switch over my info, and their online site does not open and their app will not open. I can’t pay the bill because I can’t access any banking information. zero stars if it was an option.

Ollo has ( at the moment) more cons than pros .. customer service good not great but good. System interface ok .could be a lot better. When your money is finally transferred accessing it is no problem.. the rest all the rest and I mean everything else needs work and I can’t list everything in the review.. 4/10
