## What is OLO Coaching?

OLO Coaching is 1:1 nutrition coaching based on consistency and accountability. You work with your coach to build a customized plan focused on nutrition and movement through core daily habits. Once you have your plan, tracking your habits is right at your fingertips in our proprietary app. Log your habits, chat with your coach, read educational and motivational content in our education library. Everything you need to reach your health, aesthetic, and fitness goals is right in the app.

Plans are fully customized based on your intake and goals. Tracking earns an adherence score that is a reflection of your commitment to your plan in real time. If you are having difficulty adjusting, your coach is a message away.

You also work on your OLO score that is a deeper look into how your habits are hurting or helping your overall health.
