Am plasat două comenzi pentru aceeași bicicletă, deoarece prima, cu livrare prin Poștă, nu era convenabilă pentru vânzătoare (locuia la 15 km de oficiul poștal). Am discutat clar cu aceasta și am cazut de acord să anulăm prima comandă și să plasez una nouă cu livrare prin Fan Courier, pentru a simplifica procesul. Totul părea în regulă, vânzătoarea urmând să predea bicicleta curierului în acea zi. În schimb, m-am trezit dimineața cu contul suspendat pentru „activitate suspectă”, fără nicio explicație clară sau acces la detalii despre comandă! Este de necrezut că o situație atât de simplă, cu mesaje clare între mine și vânzătoare care explicau exact de ce am plasat a doua comandă, a dus la blocarea contului meu fără avertisment! 0 stele meritati! **Developer response:** Ne pare rău să auzim despre experiența dumneavoastră frustrantă! Vă asigurăm că vom investiga această situație pentru a îmbunătăți serviciul nostru. Vă rugăm sa ne contactați pentru a rezolva această problemă. ### 1/5 — Olx scam *2024-05-24* Buna ziua, am fost foarte multumit de Olx in trecut dar se pare ca ceea ce fac este strigator la cer cu preturile care le au, asa ceva nu am vazut nici la ebay, preturi in euro si exorbitante, daca ai de pus un anunt nu te lasa pentru ca trebuie sa cumperi anunturi dintr-o anume categorie, am incercat diverse categorii pe care nici macar nu le-am folosit si tot timpul trebuie sa platesti ceva, o rusine si sper sa iasa concurenta pentru acest Olx. **Developer response:** Salutare, Iti multumim pentru mesaj si feedback. Whenever i try searching for something and i set the app to arrange items after price it just mixes everything up...poorly made and the rebranding is a joke ### 2/5 — Sifting through rubbish *2022-11-02* Whatever location, district or area of Bucharest you pick and filter the app will always throw irrelevant ads at you at a rate of 7 out of 10 or so. Especially in real estate it is a pointless struggle and feels like sifting through rubbish. This is clearly intentional as filtering by radius or district number is also completely ignored. A beautiful day, OLX Romania Team ### 3/5 — Payment issues *2024-02-04* Your payment flow should be bulletproof - Paying with disposable revolut fails. - Retrying payment with any other card, without exiting the payment flow, fails. Exiting the payment flow allows a previously used card (failed payment attempt) to apparently succeed (no prompt). The user is redirected to the olx home page with no prompt. Although, I can see the charge on my card - Following the above, the ad is still flagged as failed to reactivate and instructs to pay… **Developer response:** Hello, Thank you for your message and feedback. Contra: Mai nou avem si escorte pe el, iar daca acei pesti platesc binisor se pare ca echipa olx inchide ochii. N-ar fi nici o problema daca nu ar fi si o platforma adresata copiilor.
