Calculate your Robi points, Sinclair coefficient or german relative points (BVDG) for a weightlifting competition. Check the current world record of your IWF weightclass and age category to know where you stand.

Easy track your Personal Records of the most important lifting exercises and its variations. View world records of all weight classes and age categories.

Better structure your training sessions by planning sessions. With the PRO edition, you can fully create your training programs digitally. From training units per week to sets with weights and reps - everything is kept in one easy to use app module. You can test it for FREE with a limited number of exercises to see how all works. You can choose between a monthly subscription or save 25% on a yearly subscription.

Approximate your 1RM (One-Repetition Maximum) using formulas like Epley or Brzycki. Plan a set based on your 1RM weight by targeting a specific relative intensity.

Use the Weight Loading view to correctly load official discs on the bar. Rotate your phone into landscape to reach the Competition mode. This view is great for running a small competition at your local weightlifting club by just connecting the phone with a tv screen.
