With your one-stop mobility shop, advancing for and saving paper tickets or receipts is history. Instead, you buy digital tickets for public transport (SNCB, De Lijn, STIB, TEC), shared transport (Blue-bike, Cambio, Velo ...), parking (4411, Q-park ...), refuelling (Q8) and charging.

De interface is niet intuïtief. Belangrijke functies zitten verstopt. Mijn toetsenbord hangt voor de formulieren waardoor ik niet kan zien wat ik typ. Er is geen dark mode. Er is geen duidelijke manier om contact op te nemen met technische support. Het inlogsysteem met opgelegde gebruikersnaam en pincode is cringe. Voor bijna alles wat je wil doen met MMBB vraagt men schandalig veel geld. En dat duwen ze allemaal door onze strot, want andere opties zijn er niet.

The instructions in the FAQ indicate I should click on "More -> Settings", but there is no such option in the app... I also don't see how to contact someone for the help. Therefore, the app is completely useless to me at the moment ...
