I am so confused on 22 i got it right and it wont let me pass

Level 18 is so stupid It said make one math problem equal it shows me 20+9 equals one I got a hint and I said put it beside the one so I did that but It would not let me go over one when I put it on the other side it’s right in front of the = sign so never play this guys if you want to play it Play only 17 levels if your IQ is good enough you can probably get over it

Om nom is SO ADORABLE I LOVE him! 
I also like brain games, so win-win! 
But I like to play cut the rope more, a basic Om Nom game.
