Love this app! First off it’s free not unless you want to pay for stuff. Which is great! Because a lot of apps will not help you not unless you pay. It tracks what you eat, when, how much calories you burn  and how much water you drink. It also after your hour time to eat. It’s starts your timer to when you should eat again. This app is helping me loose so much weight!
