App problem needs fixing
Another week, and still no promotions.
This is now beyond frustrating. The promotions feature has clearly been broken for far too long, and the lack of any meaningful update or explanation from the developers is extremely disappointing.
Promotions are a fundamental part of the game. If you can’t provide them, at least be transparent with your players about what has gone wrong and when it will be fixed.
Instead, we are simply left waiting week after week with no apparent progress.
This is really poor customer service and needs urgent attention. Fix the issue and communicate properly with your players.

Devs don’t care anymore
This app used to be really good, however it seems like the devs have given up now. As an Omada Club member is incredibly frustrating to be paying for an app that has had the same bug of no promotion from leagues for over a month now. There is also no way to get in contact through the app

Not working
I’ve tried to get on for the last 8 hours and it says “at capacity, try back in 10 minutes”. Tons of glitches all the time. Could be one of the best apps in the Apple store if they could get it together.
Fun but can never play
It’s a really fun game but you will barely even be able to play because it’s always at full capacity.
