I even bought a iPhone to help with the issues but I think the developers need to redesign this app. I’m in college for cybersecurity but dealing with this app makes my want to change my major and learn to code to make a better app and sow the developers how it is done. I’m extremely disappointed in this app. ### 1/5 — Ears bleeding *2023-03-04, version 4.4.72* I have turned sound off on app Notifications off on Omadi settings . Please tell me why I’m using app in the middle of night . Having phone connected to my radio : and a Omadi notification comes In it screams the louded sound ever. When notification are off that means no sounds … please turn off sound Maybe that’s too confusing for this company ! Turn off sound !!!!!! ### 1/5 — Seriously? *2022-08-30, version 4.4.72* For the last few weeks during login, it gets to a certain point and closes out. I go back in and it starts over with “Updating Forms.” Gets to that point again and out it goes. I reset data and same thing. Delete and reinstall app, same thing. As a driver, it crashes constantly, has issues uploading files, has issues receiving dispatches, constantly needs to be force synced, and absolutely nothing works as you want it to. Get Towbook. ### 1/5 — WORST APP EVER!!! *2020-07-25, version 4.4.50* This app, at one time, was the greatest thing ever! But as time has passed the app and the developers have found to be broken! Upkeep would help. Attention to the clients would help. But alas they seem to have given up on the potential that the app has. To bad about that. You charge your clients an absorbent amount monthly. Just to have serious issues for the users. The app is so frustrating to use. It’s slow and lags at every turn. You say you have made improvements. Well, truth is, every improvement has cause a technical difficulty in another area of the app. Fix the lag time, fix the auto upload, fix the camera lag, fix the problems. The app has the potential to be fantastic. But instead you have caused frustration and problems with the basics. No need for them on a drivers end ### 1/5 — Trash App *2023-06-04* Omadi Towing, by far, is the biggest pile of steaming crap that I have ever had to use for work. In a 12-hour shift, it routinely crashes over 50 times to the point that I, now, expect it not to properly work. The upload times are ridiculously slow and, God forbid I take too many pictures, the whole app freezes up. The best day of my life will be when I can delete this F****N app!
