Every time I go to add my membership card it says that it can’t find me. I think this app needs an over haul and reprogrammed.

The zoo is amazing!  And will always go back when we can. 
 For the app, I really hope I just couldn't find the map.  And after a couple of 5-6 minute attempts I couldn't find a map and didn't find anything else useful in the app.

This app is written from the first person perspective of a small child. It’s pretty annoying to read as a 33 year old woman. I’m sorry but my 4 year old will not be navigating this app and reading these sentences, please give an option to adjust that setting for adults. Also the map is low quality, zooming in makes it very blurry and hard to read.

Where is the digital membership card that the zoo advertises?
I’m downsizing my wallet. There’s no room for cards anymore. Update the app to add the card or make it to where it can be added to a digital wallet.

No way to load membership info as featured in membership perks. Can’t find out where the new giraffe is. Useless unless you want to play games.

This app is great for exploring the zoo using a mobile device as a guide. I, however, was under the impression I could upload my membership card and use my phone to get in the zoo. I have downloaded, deleted, and redownloaded the app to try to figure it out, but nothing. It’s very simple to follow along and great if you have a child with sensory disorders. But for my purposes, I found nothing helpful.

This app is confusing to use. I would like to be able to have my membership card information added. The map doesn’t load. I do like that it tells you what areas are closed. When using the schedule, you cannot see what the places are besides the name.
