At this point the icon on my phone has delivered more value than the actual product. Nothing loads, nothing works, and the only thing that seems functional is the developer replying to 5-star reviews while everyone else gets ignored. If the goal was to create a zoo experience, congrats — I feel like I just fed money into an exhibit and watched it disappear.
