Membership link doesn’t work. A lot of the content points to the zoo website. I was also greatly surprised there isn’t an interactive guide for walking around the zoo. I try to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. Nope. Still won’t. Can’t save card info because it always tells me memberships details not found. Yet our membership is active. Considering all the money that goes into this zoo and the fact it’s been number 1 for three years in a row you would think they would put more into the app! ### 1/5 — App Crashes When Linking Membership *2024-07-01* A big selling point for the app is the ability to link your membership card to the app and use in lieu of the physical card. The app continues to crash when you try to link your membership. You’d think being the #1 Zoo in the entire country, their app would be top tier. Once I pay, the zoo then advertises their ‘so-called’ great app to use as a membership card. I fall for it every year. I download the app, hoping their membership link is fixed and I can use my phone as my membership card. I’m always saddened that the app cannot link my membership. I only wish someone would read these comments about their app, and care about changing and fixing it. Sadly, these reviews fall on deaf ears. I use this app regularly to check out events and news and whatnot. It’s definitely not the best designed app but it does the job, completely decent ### 5/5 — Zoo staff resolved problem *2019-05-20, version 1.1.2* I contacted the Omaha Zoo staff about the app not displaying my card info. They resolved my problem displaying my membership card by providing a verification code for me. They were so quick to respond to my request for assistance. ### 5/5 — Good information with nice map *2017-05-06, version 1.0.46* Has some good information in it and love the map. Shows a map of the zoo and where you are at any given point. It appears they made significant changes since the last update, although it was 9 months ago - I’d like to see continual improvements/amenities. I became a member and entered my info and it found the info right away. I have to get a verification code from guest services as stated on the email I received. The app is a little slow sometimes, but has a lot of information. I’d like to use it to its full potential once everything is normalized after Covid. ### 4/5 — Good app *2016-01-13, version 1.0.41* We have been members for about 10 years now and have loved the zoo. The app is very solid. However, I would love to be able to save my membership ID card or log in and be able to use the app as my member ID. It would still be secure because you would still need to show your drivers license to verify it is your membership, but this would eliminate the problem of me having the member card in my wallet at work and my wife wanting to go to the zoo with the kids on her day off (or vice versa). ### 3/5 — Needs to have an update *2017-07-10, version 1.0.46* App started out pretty good. I had my membership card linked. Got on today to look up a couple of things and found my card is no longer linked. When I try to look up membership info it tells me 'member details not found'. I've tried calling member services but haven't been able to reach anyone.
