## What is Omamori Anti?

Omamori watches the Bluetooth link between your Apple Watch and iPhone — a simple guard against leaving your phone behind.

When the two move apart and the link drops, your Apple Watch alerts you with a vibration and a notification, so you notice a left-behind or lifted iPhone within seconds to a dozen seconds.

An honest, active guard — not magic
Omamori is an active, connection-based guard. It does not promise an instant alarm while running in the background 24/7. No exaggerated claims.

Features
• Proximity alarm — the Watch vibrates and notifies when the link to your iPhone drops
• Adjustable grace period — tune how long a disconnection must last before it alarms, to avoid false alarms
• Choose after an alarm — when it goes off, pick "keep guarding" or "stop" right on your wrist
• Ring your iPhone — make it sound from your Watch to find it around the house, even on silent or while locked
• Guards only your own iPhone — other people's devices are ignored

One-time purchase — no subscription
Buy once, use forever. No monthly or yearly fees. Try all features free for 7 days.

Privacy
No account, no sign-up. It doesn't use your location, and your data stays on your device.

Note: requires an Apple Watch paired with your iPhone and Bluetooth.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5 — 2026-08-08

• The guard now also pauses while your iPhone is charging — walking away from a phone you deliberately left on its charger no longer raises an alarm.
• Added quiet hours: set the times when no alert is wanted, and choose which weekdays they apply to (weeknights only, for example).
• Added a manual pause from the Apple Watch — 30 minutes, 1 hour or 3 hours.
• Whenever the guard is paused, the Watch now names the reason, so "why didn't it alert" is answered at a glance.
• Added a silent find: make the iPhone vibrate instead of ring, for meetings and libraries.
• Still no location, and no additional permissions.

### 1.4 — 2026-07-29

• Added first-time setup guidance. The link can only be started from the Watch, so the home screen now walks you through it step by step — including what to do if no Apple Watch is paired, or if Omamori isn't installed on it yet.
• Fixed a bug where the app could show "Not connected" while the link was actually live.
• Added Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Write a Review, Feedback and Version to the settings.

### 1.3 — 2026-07-10

The app is now a free download, unlocked by a one-time in-app purchase. If you previously bought the app, all features unlock automatically after you update. Plus minor improvements.

### 1.2 — 2026-07-09

Minor improvements and bug fixes. Thanks for using Omamori!

### 1.1 — 2026-06-18

• Added auto-pause while charging: the guard pauses while your Apple Watch is on its charger, preventing false alarms when it's set down (can be turned off).
• Improved connection-status accuracy and reconnection reliability.
