The games don’t download, the pictures to the videos don’t download correctly. Over half the time I don’t know what I’m clicking on. My daughter loves Omar and Hana. I’m going to give this a clean install and see what happens. I am running ios 15.5 on iPhone 13 if it helps troubleshooting. If the problem is not fixed soon, unfortunately I will have to cancel my subscription. Application user interface is also very clunky and not easy to use. You should think about implementing an easier, more user friendly and feature rich browsing interface to find your content in the app. Even though I and my kids like the content, the app does a terrible job of browsing the content. I even find YouTube better while browsing/searching Omar and Hana videos. * Update: I increased the star rating to three stars just because my children love Omar and Hana videos. I thought one star was a bit harsh considering the content provided in your app. However, the app is currently useless because it doesn't let us play the content.
