The video doesn’t save half the time and there’s never been an update. I don’t recommend buying a dashcam from this company. Their website doesn’t allow you to send them messages. I contacted Amazon with my complaint and they were not able to reach them neither. I wish it was more user-friendly but it’s a functional app ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — PLEASE UPDATE THE APP! *2025-07-24* It’s sort of ridiculous how the app doesn’t let you auto select all video clips do delete automatically and you have to click one by one to delete each of the video clips, which takes forever. You guys should really update that feature, and oh not to mention that you can’t even delete any events/crashes that happened, which is also ridiculous. Like why is it this hard to delete the clips? It’s not user-friendly.- I can’t get a live view if my life depended on it which they offer- is hard for me to connect- for some reason my videos don’t download to my phone immediately which I think is important just in case the dash cam is damaged. Very hard to navigate. Like I paid over $100 for this dash Cam. I would think that it would have a decent app to run on.- so I’m really considering about getting a different dash cam but I already paid to get this one installed .. hopefully I could just get one that runs on the same power and all I have to do is just replace this one without having to pay another installment fee. I really wish they would update this app to be more user-friendly with this particular dash cam. I’m really really disappointed. It’s hard for me to even give the dash cam a good review because it’s not even working properly with the app. My next dash Cam I will look a user-friendly one in regards to an application versus the dash cam itself. ### 1/5 — Reviews *2025-04-16* Should have thoroughly checked the reviews.
