This bank is horrible bank, the workers have horrible attitudes, there’s always system issues, and I truly feel like they steal your money.

The app works fine until I have to update it, and now I can’t log in. This is at least the 2nd time this has done this after a new update has been released. Please look into this issue

My only complaints are that I wish it were easier to update profile settings such as passwords and such. I also would like it to be easier to transfer money to external accounts easier.

Omega FCU’s online banking is fast, flexible & friendly. Makes transfers, payments and communicating with them a cinch. Easy to navigate too! It is a powerful baking tool & resource. Try it, you will like it. Thanks Omega!!

Wow!!! I’m really impressed with this app! This is day one, and it’s not buggy and seems to work very well. Thank you very much. I like the clean user interface, nice screens, mobile deposit, FaceID, etc. I like that I can add notes to transactions and see all my different accounts. Also, I like that I can get hold of customer service easily too right in app. It feels more modern and easier to use. Only thing I see lacking in the migration is that I tried to put my new debit card in my phone to use with Apple Pay, and it says “failed” every time I’ve tried. Maybe it needs approved by my calling but that should be something I can approve from within the app. Something to work on for the future. I’ll call customer service to see if they can enable Apple Pay for me. Truly amazed! Good job!!!! Thanks!
