Fonts need to be more bold. 2. Boxes where to type more defined 3. Questions cannot be answered from the app 4. Administration tools do not go away and are accessible until someone logs out and back in 5. You cannot refresh screens easily 6. Alumni do not need to see Academics area Just to name a few. ### 1/5 — Never works *2022-04-10, version 1.0.10* My wall never loads!!! Literally have to scroll back through hundreds of messages in GroupMe to access important sorority stuff a lot because the wall refuses to load. I know a lot of girls in my sorority have had a lot of trouble with this app. I got a new phone and still have to log back into everything but my username, email, phone number, and password are all correct but still will not let me log in. My account info typed the exact same way works on the desktop website, but not the app. The only way I can ever access my account through the app is by resetting my password. It’s unbelievable that this app is used so widely and it is this bugged. ### 1/5 — it’s the worst app i’ve ever used *2021-01-26, version 1.0.7* it’s soooooo glitchy. I’ve changed my password and it’s the correct email and chapter and it still says I have the wrong email/password. It’s so frustrating because you have to have this app for my chapter to check in and get points. Appealing points, opening files, and even looking at the calendar is difficult and ineffective. The app will log me out and then proceed to tell me I have the wrong log in information, which it is not. This is quite awful and very frustrating to have to do this.
