After downloading the data and opening the chat menu, a message appears at the bottom of the screen "Failed to load model"

What is the problem?

**Developer response:** Sorry about that — this usually happens when the model data didn’t download correctly or the app can’t load it due to a temporary error. Please try closing the app completely and reopening it, and make sure you have a stable internet connection during the download.
