They removed most of the programs, including the ones that were my reason for purchasing. Rip off. Don’t recommend.

Now I can’t even add my own programming and they wiped out the hundreds of programs that I could use in here that we paid extra for so it’s no longer worth the money because of something called legislation we should still be able to add our own programming

Been using the app just a few of weeks, worked fine at first and had given it 5 stars. But now connects and then immediately disconnects from mat. The error message even has a typo - not what you’d expect from an expensive device.

Programming of the app is glitchy. I was able to do custom programming when I first got it but the app deleted all my custom settings and when I try to reenter them, it crashes 100% off the time….  The Beyond Mat does seem more powerful and adaptable the original, but I would agree that the one without the remote is a safer bet until they improve the Bluetooth/app experience.

I paid all this money to the mat not to work. Go with the older version where you don’t need a remote that won’t connect. Or go with a different brand.

Update: updated to 3 stars since I found a somewhat reliable (and wonky) workaround for the connectivity issue. I don’t let the session time run out - I always pause with a little time remaining. Next time I open the app, it reconnects before I even do anything else.

My family and I all enjoy the power band and full body Mat. I’m a Medical Massage Therapist and love that it has a ton of programs to use for self care. There is a learning curve to getting the control panel on to the Bluetooth setting but it’s not this app. My body loves the new frequencies built in verses the older version of the mat or Pad. It’s a game changer - the new upgraded version. Thank you.
